• Support communications through surveys and inquiries among teams and data analyses.

• Ensure field teams are supported to hit KPIs and goals.
• Collaborate cross-functionally on content ideas, messages, and timing within brand standards.
• Lead cross-functional meetings to plan and follow up on holiday strategy progress.

Overview

The PHOENIX Internship Program is a 10-week, paid program that offers rising Junior and Senior undergraduates and graduate students the opportunity to work with and learn from experienced professionals while gaining exposure to a multi-brand retail company. The internship program provides hands‑on experience in an area of interest and cross‑functional collaboration while developing valuable professional skills. PHOENIX Retail, LLC is a retail platform operating the Express and Bonobos brands worldwide. Express is a multichannel apparel brand dedicated to a design philosophy rooted in modern, confident and effortless style whether dressing for work, everyday or special occasions. Bonobos menswear brand is known for being a style instigator and offering perfect‑fit risks through our innovative retail model and personalized experience. Spend your summer in style. The Store Experience Internship position will support our Express brand. The Summer 2027 Internship Program takes place from June 2nd to August 5th. This internship is located at our Headquarters in Columbus, Ohio.

Responsibilities

What will you be working on this Summer?

• Proactively identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and enhance the customer and associate experience for stores
• Help evolve and shape communications through inquiries and surveys among associates, data, and analytics
• Identify opportunities and recommend changes to processes to drive internal and external efficiencies
• Ensure the field is properly supported to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Partner cross functionally on content ideas, messages, vehicles, and timing within the brand standards to field leaders
• Lead cross functional meetings to gather, align and follow up on progress in Holiday strategy

Requirements

• Available to:
  • Work full-time (40 hours per week)
  • Embrace our four-days-in-office approach
  • Relocate to office location (Housing accommodations not provided)
  • Commit to the entire 10 weeks of the program (June 2nd - August 5th)
• Preferred GPA at or above 3.2
