Job summary

The Salvation Army store is seeking a capable store manager in Ohio to lead daily operations, motivate staff, and foster a welcoming, customer-focused atmosphere. You will oversee adherence to the thrift store operations manual and related policies to ensure consistent, compliant performance across all team members.

You will aim to meet sales, production, and expense targets to maintain profitability while delivering exceptional service and a positive shift environment for staff and customers

Qualifications

• Create and sustain a pleasant and hospitable work environment.
• Develop and maintain excellent customer relationships to motivate staff and meet sales goals.
• Be well versed in and ensure compliance with Guide To Thrift Store Operations manual and all policies by store personnel (including verbal and written warnings).
• Meet sales, production and expense budget goals to maintain a profitable operation.
