Job summary

Boot Barn is seeking a Key Holder to help drive a high-service, high-sales culture in-store. You will lead by example in customer interactions, product knowledge, and POS proficiency while partnering with the leadership team to meet sales goals.

You will support merchandising, promotions, and operations, ensuring accurate transactions, cash handling, and compliance with policies. A strong team player with a focus on brand standards is essential.

Qualifications

Strong customer service and selling skills.
Ability to lead and support store partners.
Knowledge of current promotions and ads.
Accurate cash handling and POS transactions.

Responsibilities

Foster a service and selling culture to build long-standing customer relationships.
Become product category expert and communicate features to customers.
Track goals like UPT, ADT, add-ons, and data capture.
Stay informed on current promotions and ads.
Maintain merchandising standards and assist with floor moves and displays.
Process merchandise and replenish floor stock.
Complete sales transactions accurately and manage cash at POS.
Collaborate with store leadership to develop skills and metrics.
Handle opening and closing procedures per policy.
Adhere to laws and company policies; perform other duties as assigned.
Exhibit high quality work, attendance, and appearance.
