Job summary

Boot Barn is seeking a Key Holder to engage with customers and support store partners while exemplifying our Mission, Vision and Values. The role focuses on selling excellence, product knowledge, and leadership to help drive store sales goals.

The Key Holder will partner with the leadership team to develop the staff, ensure accurate POS transactions, and uphold merchandising standards to create an exceptional in-store experience.

Qualifications

• Experience leading sales floor teams and driving customer satisfaction.
• Ability to communicate product knowledge and features/benefits effectively.
• Proven ability to meet sales metrics (UPT, ADT, add-ons).

Responsibilities

• Foster a service and selling culture; build long-standing customer relationships.
• Become an expert in product categories and communicate knowledge to customers.
• Maintain and achieve measurable goals (UPT, ADT, add-ons, data capture).
• Stay informed on current promotions and ads.
• Maintain merchandising standards and assist with floor moves and displays.
• Process merchandise, monitor and replenish floor stock.
