Job summary

Signet Jewelers is seeking a senior leader to own end-to-end store experience for Zales and Banter. You will drive store operations, visual merchandising, and design across a multi-brand network, ensuring brand-consistent experiences and profitable growth.

You will lead piercing services programs, partner with merchandising, marketing, real estate, and field teams, and develop a high-performing, customer-obsessed organization focused on excellence in execution and innovation.

Qualifications

• Leadership of multi-brand store operations across a network
• Strong visual merchandising and store design capability
• Experience translating brand strategy into store experiences
• Proven ability to lead piercing services and innovations
• Executive collaboration with Merchandising, Marketing, Real Estate and Field Ops
• Demonstrated people leadership with talent development and succession planning

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations across Zales and Banter, setting standards, routines and readiness across the brand network.
• Oversee visual merchandising and store design to ensure brand-right environments and product presentation.
• Own the end-to-end store experience strategy, piloting concepts and scaling successful programs.
• Lead Banter piercing and service innovations with training and compliant operating standards.
• Align cross-functional priorities and governance to deliver a unified store experience.
• Develop and coach a multidisciplinary leadership team to drive performance and transformation.
