Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of college preferred.
• At least 3 years of retail sales experience, or 2 years plus 1 year management.
• Diamond Council of America certification preferred.
• Jewelry retail experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day store operations to achieve sales, profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Coach and develop team members; hire, train and schedule staff.
• Maintain inventory control and visual merchandising alignment with brand standards.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and drive growth through personal selling.
• Collaborate with District Manager and other leaders to execute plans.
