Signet Jewelers' Zales is seeking a Store Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a single store, driving sales, profitability, customer satisfaction, inventory control, and brand representation while coaching team members for growth.

Reporting to the District Manager, the Store Manager will champion a People First environment, deliver a best-in-class customer experience, and develop lifelong customer relationships in a diverse and inclusive setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of college preferred.
• Retail sales experience required or preferred.
• Diamond Council of America (DCA) certification preferred.
