Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; college preferred.
• 18 years old or older.
• 5+ years of supervisory/management experience in retail; 2+ years as Store Manager.
• Proven ability to recruit, select, develop, and retain staff.
• Ability to foster an inclusive, positive working environment.
• Strong customer focus and prioritization of customer experience.
• Excellent organizational and delegation skills.
• Forecast and analyze trends; manage payroll expenses.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead store to achieve customer experience, talent management, and financial objectives.
• Recruit, hire, and develop talent; maintain succession planning.
• Partner with Design and Merchandising; oversee season looks and PLC.
• Direct merchandising activities for healthy turnover and margin.
• Ensure policy compliance, safety, and asset protection practices.
• Coach selling behaviors aligned with Brand expectations.
