Job summary

YETI is seeking a Store Experience Leader for our Newbury St. Boston location. You will inspire a team of brand enthusiasts to deliver exceptional customer experiences and build lifelong relationships with outdoor-focused customers.

In this role you will oversee store operations, merchandising, events, and talent development while maintaining a customer-first mindset in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or at least 5 years of related experience.
• At least 3 years of retail store management experience in a specialty environment.
• Experience in managing $2M+ sales volume per year in store revenue.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Ability to bed, lift, open and move product up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Must be 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Leads execution of store processes, payroll management, effective schedule, merchandise flow, inventory control and visual presentation.
• Drives store sales and profitability by using company tools and resources to maximize results and fostering a comprehensive and supportive approach to leading a team.
• Operates holistically using business acumen, strategic thinking, and resourcefulness to solve problems.
• Proactively plans and executes a variety of projects including visual merchandising plans, new product launches, and in-store events.
• Mitigates risk of loss by educating associates and ensuring company policies are followed and developing strong partnerships with Loss Prevention and Store Operations team.
