Job summary

Vuori, Inc. in Monmouth Square seeks a Retail Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in leading the sales team and delivering Vuori’s brand experience.

You will build lasting customer relationships through product knowledge and a positive, energetic attitude. You will supervise daily store operations, train associates, maintain merchandising, and drive sales while ensuring an energetic, welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Available mornings/evenings; 8-hour shifts, 5 days/week, at least one weekend day.
• Ability to lead with punctuality and attendance.
• Ability to develop relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Customer service expert with relationship-building and proactive problem handling.

Responsibilities

• Create an unforgettable customer experience for every guest.
• Lead the sales floor and team to prioritize customer experience.
• Prepare fitting rooms, find sizes, provide honest product feedback.
• Forge lasting relationships with customers and invite them to events.
• Lead day-to-day operations when Store Manager is not in.
• Motivate the team and achieve sales goals in a team-based environment.
• Coordinate inventory needs and support merchandising standards.
• Assist in shipments, restocking, and backroom organization.
