Job summary

Vuori is seeking an Assistant Store Manager (ASM) of Community to partner with the GM to drive sales, elevate the customer experience, and develop a high-performing team in a fast-paced retail setting.

This role focuses on building meaningful customer connections and leading community activations that position the store as a destination for shopping and shared experiences while upholding Vuori’s values in every interaction.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong communication with HQ partners, team members, and external partners.
• Experience in hiring, onboarding and ongoing training of store staff.
• Proven ability to manage schedule, labor, and store operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of community programs linking the store to local fitness, wellness and lifestyle groups.
• Collaborate with HQ Community Manager to develop initiatives aligned with brand standards and goals.
• Represent Vuori with authenticity at store, team events, and community activities.
• Ensure every community touchpoint reflects Vuori’s brand, values and customer experience standards.
• Build and maintain relationships within the local active and wellness community and partnerships.
• Foster a culture where the store team delivers exceptional community experiences and ownership of initiatives.
• Engage team to drive excitement, accountability, and consistent execution.
