Job summary

On is seeking a Lead Store Advisor to drive sales, mentor Store Advisors, and uphold operational excellence. You will supervise customer interactions, manage inventory, and execute premium visual displays while collaborating with leadership, IT and facilities teams.

Weekend/evening availability is required as part of a dynamic retail schedule. The role emphasizes brand championing, team leadership, and delivering an exceptional shopping experience across our store environments.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in retail operations or customer-focused environment.
• At least one year of experience leading teams, managing projects, or driving performance improvements.
• Experience in the Outlet, Running, Fashion, or Sports industry is a plus, but a passion for these areas is essential.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to connect with customers and motivate your team.
• A keen eye for maintaining visually appealing stores and high visual merchandising standards.
• Ability to work weekends, evenings and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise customer interactions and mentor Store Advisors.
• Assist with inventory management tasks and stock levels.
• Execute visual merchandising plans to create premium displays.
• Collaborate with store leadership, IT, and Facility Management on operations.
• Train the store team on back-of-house processes and standard procedures.
• Drive store performance through cross-functional collaboration.
