Job summary

ON in Miami seeks a Lead Store Advisor to drive sales, mentor Store Advisors and uphold operational excellence. You will supervise customer interactions, manage inventory, and execute visual merchandising to create a premium in-store experience.

You will lead a small team, communicate standards, and partner with store leadership on processes. Weekend, evening, and holiday availability is required to support our retail goals.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in retail operations or a customer-focused environment.
• At least 1 year of experience leading teams, managing projects, or driving performance improvements.
• Experience in the Outlet, Running, Fashion, or Sports industry is a plus, but a passion for these areas is essential.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with customers and inspire your team.
• A keen eye for maintaining a visually appealing store and upholding high visual merchandising standards.
• Ability to work weekends, evenings and holidays as needed

Responsibilities

• Brand Champion: embody and communicate brand philosophy, values, and culture in every interaction.
• Team Leadership: supervise, mentor, and motivate a team of Store Advisors.
• Product and Brand Expertise: stay informed on product specs and global initiatives; contribute ideas for merchandising and events.
• Operational Excellence: assist with inventory management, place orders, manage stock levels and ensure premium visual displays.
• Operational Support: serve as primary contact for store leadership, IT, and Facility Management on operational matters.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with store leadership to align on all store functions and drive business success
