You will support Store Manager in recruiting, coaching, and retaining top talent, ensuring exceptional service and efficient store performance. This role emphasizes brand standards, OMNI channel processes, and proactive leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years Retail Management experience.
• Exceptional leadership, selling, and customer service skills.
• Strong merchant skills and a history of delivering financial results.
• Proven record of hiring and developing great talent.
• Experienced in coaching, counseling & conflict resolution.
• Independent, proactive, results-driven work ethic.
• Utmost character, honesty, and transparency.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate an environment of genuine customer connection and act as a brand ambassador.
• Provide coaching, training, and feedback to team members to drive performance.
• Deliver world-class, in-person training to all new hires and ensure completion of training paths.
• Support store leadership in visual merchandising, scheduling, and product launches.
• Uphold loss prevention procedures and maintain store operations and cleanliness.
