Job summary

Anthropologie in Dunwoody, GA seeks a Key Holder to support the store leadership team in delivering a customer-centric experience and strong daily operations. You will mentor the associate team, help drive sales, and uphold omni-channel processes to ensure a seamless guest journey.

Responsibilities include partnering with leadership to foster an inviting environment, managing daily zones, training new hires, and maintaining visual and operational standards while supporting ship/fulfillment

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams and delivering strong customer service.
• Comfort with omni-channel retail operations and KPIs.
• Ability to train and onboard new hires.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with leadership to create a welcoming customer environment.
• Drives sales and store metrics using KPIs to set goals.
• Delivers seamless omni-channel shopping experiences through omni services.
• Manages store environment with pace, energy, and zone oversight.
• Supports training and onboarding of associates.
• Oversees opening/closing procedures and maintains store standards.
• Facilitates shipment and omni fulfillment with partners.
• Maintains cleanliness and visual standards; updates monthly messaging.
• Communicates feedback to Store Manager and supports team morale.
