Job summary

LOFT in Bloomington, MN is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily store operations, drive customer-focused service, and coach a high-performing team. You will manage budgeting, payroll, and visual standards to ensure a welcoming shopping experience while delivering sales goals.

This role requires strong leadership and hospitality mindset with 2+ years in retail leadership. You will hire, train, and develop associates, foster community engagement, and use technology to provide seamless omnichannel

Qualifications

2+ years retail Store Manager or service industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities
