Job summary

Vans is seeking a part-time Supervisor in Phoenix to support the store leadership team and drive an exceptional customer experience. You will lead by example, coach associates, and ensure operational excellence across engagement, merchandising, and store standards.

You will partner with the Store Manager to maximize profitability, foster an inclusive team culture, and mentor staff in a fast-paced environment. A High School Diploma is preferred and prior retail leadership is valued.

• Skilled in coaching, motivating, and building high-performing, diverse teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence across all levels.
• Solution-oriented and flexible in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment.
• Capable of working independently, managing shifting priorities, and meeting business expectations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high level of personalized customer engagement.
• Coach and develop associates to deliver customer engagement and meet productivity goals.
• Supervise opening and closing procedures, floor coverage, and task delegation.
• Support stockroom operations by organizing inventory and processing shipments.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure product replenishment aligns with brand directives.
• Promote community engagement and uphold safety and store policies.
