Job summary

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of related professional/retail management experience.
• Strong customer service and selling behaviors to drive the in-store experience.
• Ability to recruit, hire, onboard, evaluate performance, promote, and terminate as needed.
• Lead store operations, maintain brand standards, and shape store culture.
• Comfort with word processing, spreadsheets, and retail software tools.
• Ability to stand/move for extended periods and lift light to moderate weight.

Responsibilities

• Model exceptional customer service and selling behaviors to elevate the store experience.
• Partner with leaders to meet/exceed sales goals and monitor KPIs.
• Lead brand standards, staff coaching, and training in customer service and product knowledge.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
• Oversee scheduling, expenses, loss prevention, and store audits.
