• Demonstrate mastery of Rebag products and services; stay updated on industry trends.
• Update CRM with accurate customer information to build rapport.
• Ensure opening and closing procedures meet standards.
• Assist management in developing the sales team and delivering best-in-class experience.
• Lead the sales team to achieve monthly sales quotas.
• Support transactions and submissions with attention to detail.
