Rebag is seeking a part-time Store Experience Lead to drive sustainable fashion in the luxury resale market. You will build rapport, capture leads, and convert them through charismatic product presentation and thorough follow-through.

You will support sales peers, nurture customer relationships, and educate clients about resale benefits. You will be energetic, highly organized, and passionate about fashion and sustainability, with a talent for creating exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the highest degree of customer service to provide an elevated experience.
• Strive to meet/exceed personal, category and store sales goals and KPIs.
• Build client relationships for new acquisition and retention.
• Act as a brand ambassador, delivering top-tier service and delighting customers.
• Communicate product and customer feedback to management.
• Support product launches, client service and selling initiatives.
• Participate in training on product knowledge and arrivals.
• Maintain store visual merchandising standards.
• Handle stock operations, processing and online orders.
• Adhere to company policies and Rebag Bar philosophy.
