Job summary

The Michael's Companies in Asheville, NC is seeking a store associate to maintain a clean, organized retail environment and deliver friendly customer service. You will help customers shop, assist with checkouts, and participate in stocking and planogram tasks to keep shelves in order.

Responsibilities include cash handling to standards, promoting rewards enrollment, and supporting BOPIS/SFS while adhering to safety programs and SOPs.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or cleaning experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship from Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes.
• Support shrink and safety programs; follow SOPs and company policies.
