Job summary

The Michaels Companies, Inc. (Michaels) Matthews store in North Carolina is seeking a team member focused on keeping the store clean, organized, and welcoming for customers.

Responsibilities include cleaning tasks, assisting customers, and participating in checkout and rewards enrollment, with opportunities to support BOPIS and Ship from Store operations. Candidates should be able to stand for long periods, lift items, and work nights/weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Retail or cleaning experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience with cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on rewards programs and private label credit cards and enroll them as needed.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship from Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck un-load, stocking, and planogram (POG) processes.
• Support shrink and safety programs and adhere to SOPs and company policies.
