Job summary

ALDI USA is hiring a Store Associate to merchandise and stock products, cashier, and keep the store clean while delivering outstanding customer service. This full-time role averages 30+ hours per week, with a starting wage of $19.50 per hour and scheduled increases to $21.50 over the first five years.

You will follow ALDI policies, operate the POS system, assist with curbside orders, maintain merchandising standards, and support store management in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Ability to operate store equipment such as cash registers, POS system, and floor scrubber.
• Ability to interpret ALDI operating policies and procedures.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and maintain accuracy in transactions.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products to planograms and displays.
• Operate the POS system to process purchases and assist customers.
• Assist with curbside pickup orders and inventory procedures.
• Follow cash handling policies and store policies to ensure loss prevention.
• Keep shelves clean and maintain merchandising standards at all times.
