Job summary

Michaels WATCHUNG, NJ is hiring to maintain a high standard of store appearance and deliver friendly customer service. You’ll help customers navigate the store, process transactions, and support BOPIS/SFS workflows while upholding safety and policy standards.

Proceeding team members ensure cleanliness, assist with replenishment, and uphold the company’s values in daily tasks and guest interactions. This role is ideal for reliable, customer-oriented individuals.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or cleaning experience preferred.
• Must be at least sixteen years old.
• Able to stand for long periods and move around the store.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store cleanliness and recovery standards to deliver Brand Promises.
• Provide friendly customer service and help customers find products.
• Operate cash register and handle transactions to standard.
• Assist with omni-channel processes (BOPIS/SFS) and inventory tasks.
