Job summary

Michaels - Store CIN-WATERSTONE, OH is seeking a store associate to help maintain a clean, welcoming shopping environment and assist customers in finding products and using our Rewards program.

You will perform checkout duties, stock replenishment, and omni-channel tasks such as Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship from Store while upholding store standards, safety, and company policies.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or cleaning experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move around the store.
• Must be 16 years or older and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Follows SOPs and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store cleanliness and recovery standards.
• Assist customers at checkout and with cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on Rewards program and enrollments.
• Support Omni channel processes, including BOPIS and SFS.
• Participate in truck un-load, stocking, and planogram processes.
