Job summary

Michaels is seeking a part-time? or full-time team member for the BOS-TAUNTON, MA store to uphold store cleanliness and deliver friendly customer service. You will help customers locate products, participate in checkout, and promote the Rewards program.

Responsibilities include stocking, handling BOPIS/SFS, unloading trucks, and adhering to SOPs. The role requires standing for long periods, lifting, and flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or cleaning experience preferred.
• Ability to stand long hours and lift heavy boxes.
• Customer service and cash handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service and assist shoppers in finding items.
• Handle checkout and cash handling to required standards.
• Promote Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards; enroll customers.
• Assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship from Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram processes.
• Support shrink and safety programs; follow SOPs and company policies.
