Job summary

Michaels in Brunswick, GA seeks a store team member to maintain a clean, organized shopping environment and deliver friendly service to customers. You will perform cleaning tasks, restock shelves, assist customers with finding items, and support checkout operations, rewards enrollments, and omnichannel services like Buy Online Pickup in Store.

Work hours include nights, weekends and early mornings; the role requires standing for long periods and physical movement around the store.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or cleaning experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move around the store.
• Friendly customer service and teamwork required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high standard of store cleanliness and recovery to deliver our Brand Promises.
• Perform cleaning tasks with assigned materials; prepare solutions as needed.
• Assist customers, help them find items, and enroll them in Rewards programs.
• Process checkout and support BOPIS/SFS omnichannel processes.
• Support truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POG) execution.
• Participate in safety and shrink programs and adhere to SOPs.
