Job summary

The Michaels Companies, Inc. is seeking a Store Associate for our Saginaw, MI location. You will maintain cleanliness and recovery standards, help customers shop, and execute daily store operations including checkout and omni channel services like Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship from Store.

This role requires standing for long periods, physical tasks, and adherence to safety procedures. Flexible hours, customer‑focused, team oriented, and able to work nights/weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and stay on feet for long periods.
• Willingness to follow SOPs and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store cleanliness and recovery standards as per brand promises.
• Assist customers and help them find products and answer questions.
• Handle checkout with cash handling to standards.
• Support Omni channel processes (BOPIS and Ship from Store).
• Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram processes.
