Job summary

Michaels Glen Burnie, MD is seeking a Store Associate to maintain cleanliness, assist customers, and keep product areas organized. You will perform cleaning tasks, help shoppers find items, and contribute to a friendly checkout experience.

Responsibilities include stocking, operating the register, promoting rewards programs, supporting BOPIS and SFS processes, and following SOPs. Applicants must be at least sixteen and prepared for nights, weekends, and early shifts.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or cleaning experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store cleanliness and recovery standards to deliver brand promises.
• Provide fast and friendly checkout experience; handle cash to standards.
• Engage customers on rewards program and private label credit cards; enroll customers.
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS and SFS).
• Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram processes.
• Support shrink and safety programs and follow SOPs.
