Job summary

Michaels in Mansfield, TX is hiring a Store Associate to maintain a clean store environment, assist customers, and support omnichannel shopping, including Buy Online Pickup in Store. You will help with stocking, planograms, and safety programs while delivering friendly service.

Applicants should have retail and/or cleaning experience; strong customer service and teamwork are expected. The role includes standing for long periods and lifting. Night/weekend shifts may apply.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred.
• Customer service skills required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store cleanliness and recovery standards to deliver our Brand Promises.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience and handle cash to standards.
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS and SFS) and participate in truck un-load, stocking and planogram processes.
• Support shrink and safety programs and adhere to SOPs and company policies.
• Engage customers on rewards programs and enrollments.
