Job summary

Michaels is seeking a Store Environment Team Member in Media to maintain a clean, welcoming shopping space and deliver excellent customer service. You will help customers locate products, assist with checkout, and support store operations while upholding brand standards.

Responsibilities include cleaning assigned areas, restocking, basic cash handling, and participating in omni-channel processes such as Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship from Store.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or cleaning experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Maintain store cleanliness and recovery standards.
• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers shop the store.
• Assist customers in finding products and support checkout with standard cash handling.
• Participate in stock, shelf maintenance, and planogram processes.
• Support omni-channel processes (BOPIS, Ship from Store).
• Adhere to SOPs, safety programs, and company policies.
