Michaels is hiring a Store Environment Team Member in the Los Angeles area to maintain a clean, welcoming store environment and assist customers in finding products. You will contribute to a positive shopping experience and support daily store operations, including checkout, rewards enrollments, and Omni-channel tasks.

Ideal candidates have retail or cleaning experience, a positive attitude, and a commitment to high standards while working flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or cleaning experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store cleanliness and recovery standards to deliver our Brand Promises.
• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers shop the store.
• Assist with Omni channel processes and store operations such as BOPIS and Ship from Store.
