Michaels is seeking a Store Environment Team Member to help keep our Buckhead store clean, safe, and welcoming. You will assist customers, perform cleaning duties, and support basic checkout tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or cleaning is preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform lifting remains.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store cleanliness and recovery standards to deliver brand promises.
• Provide friendly customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collect and dispose of trash following approved procedures.
• Dust and damp mop floors as per procedures.
• Move equipment and products for cleaning and place back in correct spots.
• Deep clean key areas (bathrooms, breakrooms, entryways) regularly.
