Job summary

Michaels is seeking a team member for the Destin, FL store to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and deliver friendly customer service as part of our Brand Promises. You will keep areas tidy, assist customers, and uphold store standards in a busy retail environment.

Responsibilities include cleaning, stocking, basic checkout tasks, and supporting omni-channel processes while following safety guidelines. This role requires teamwork and a positive store presence.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or cleaning experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high standard of store cleanliness and recovery to deliver Brand Promises.
• Provide friendly customer service and help customers find items.
• Clean assigned areas, dust, mop, dispose of trash, and prepare cleaning solutions as needed.
• Assist with checkout processes and omni-channel initiatives including BOPIS/SFS.
• Support stock, shelving, safety programs and SOP compliance.
