Job summary

Michaels is seeking team members to maintain store cleanliness, assist customers, and support omni-channel processes (BOPIS and Ship from Store) in Lakeland, FL. The role involves cleaning duties, stocking, and providing a friendly customer experience in a climate-controlled retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or cleaning preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect and dispose of trash following approved procedures.
• Dust and damp mop floors per procedures.
• Move equipment and products for cleaning and place them back correctly.
• Clean assigned areas using provided materials and equipment.
• Perform deep cleaning of key store areas (bathrooms, breakrooms, entryways).
• Provide a fast, friendly checkout experience and handle cash to standards.
