Responsibilities

• Maintain a high standard of store cleanliness and recovery to support Brand Promises.
• Provide friendly customer service and assist shoppers with finding products.
• Handle cash at checkout and engage customers with Rewards programs.
• Assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship from Store processes.
• Stock, unload trucks, and execute planogram (POG) compliance.
• Follow SOPs and safety guidelines; support shrink and safety programs.
