Job summary

Michaels in Indianapolis is seeking a Store Environment Team Member to maintain the store’s cleanliness and recovery standards to deliver our Brand Promises. You’ll help customers, keep floors clean, and ensure products are placed correctly.

Responsibilities include dusting, mopping, trash disposal, and deep cleaning key areas. The role requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and mornings, with a friendly, professional demeanor and adherence to safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred.
• Cleaning experience preferred.
• Must be at least sixteen (16) years or older.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standard of store look and cleanliness.
• Provide friendly customer service and assist shoppers.
• Dust, mop floors, and clean assigned areas.
• Move equipment and restock as needed; follow SOPs.
• Assist with truck un-load, stocking, and planogram processes.
• Support safety and shrink programs and policies.
