Job summary

The Michaels Companies in Cape Coral, FL is seeking a store team member to deliver friendly customer service, assist shoppers, and keep the store clean to uphold our Brand Promises. You will check out customers, promote Rewards and Private Label Credit Cards, and support Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship from Store processes.

Responsibilities include stocking, truck unload, and following SOPs while maintaining a safe, welcoming environment for guests and fellow team members.

Qualifications

• Preferred Retail or cleaning experience
• Must be able to stand for long periods
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and early mornings (as required)

Responsibilities

• Provide a fast and friendly check out experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on benefits of Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship from Store (SFS).
• Participate in the truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes.
• Support shrink and safety programs; adhere to SOPs and company policies.
