Job summary

Michaels is seeking a team member for the FORT MYERS-CAPE CORAL, FL store to maintain cleanliness and assist customers. You’ll help shoppers, handle basic checkout duties, and participate in omni-channel processes such as Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship from Store.

The role supports stocking and adherence to SOPs in a climate-controlled retail environment. Applicants must be at least sixteen years old and ready to work nights, weekends, and early mornings.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or cleaning experience preferred.
• Ability to remain standing for long periods and move throughout the store.
• Able to lift heavy boxes and access high shelves by ladder or similar equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high standard of store look and feel, cleanliness, and recovery to deliver our Brand Promises.
• Provide friendly customer service and help customers find what they’re looking for.
• Assist with checkout, rewards enrollment, and omni-channel processes (BOPIS, SFS).
• Support truck unloading, stocking, and planogram processes; follow SOPs and safety guidelines.
