Job summary

Michaels Anchorage store is seeking a team member to maintain a clean, safe and welcoming shopping environment. You will assist customers, manage checkout procedures, and support stock and store processes to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

Responsibilities include cleaning duties, customer engagement, and participation in store SOPs and safety programs. This role requires availability for varied hours, including nights, weekends and early mornings.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or cleaning experience preferred
• Must be at least sixteen (16) years or older

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high standard of store appearance, cleanliness and recovery to deliver brand promises
• Provide friendly customer service and assist shoppers in-findability
• Perform cleaning tasks including dusting, mopping, trash disposal and deep cleaning of key areas
• Prepare cleaning solutions as needed and ensure equipment is neat and orderly
• Support checkout with fast and friendly service and basic cash handling
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS, SFS) and stock replenishment
• Participate in shrink and safety programs and adhere to SOPs and company policies
