Michaels is seeking a Store Associate in York, PA to maintain a clean, safe store and deliver friendly customer service. You will help customers find items, assist with checkout and participate in Omni channel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship from Store.

The role emphasizes standing for long periods, lifting heavy boxes, and following store SOPs while upholding Michaels’ brand promises and values. Evening/weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Retail or cleaning experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Regular bending, lifting, carrying and reaching may be required.
• Comply with SOPs and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store cleanliness and recovery standards to support brand promises.
• Provide friendly customer service and assist shoppers in locating items.
• Handle checkout processes and enable fast, friendly service.
• Support Omni channel processes (BOPIS, SFS) and truck un-loading.
• Adhere to safety and company policies; maintain orderly store environment.
