Job summary

Michaels is seeking a store team member in Lancaster, PA, to maintain the store’s cleanliness and assist customers with finding products and information. You will support cashier duties and help enroll customers in Rewards programs, while contributing to a friendly shopping environment.

Responsibilities include restocking, executing planograms, and supporting omni-channel processes. This role requires standing for long periods and the ability to lift and move items in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or cleaning preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high standard of store cleanliness and recovery to support our Brand Promises.
• Assist customers, help them locate products and share store information.
• Provide fast and friendly checkout experience and execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on programs and enrollments (Rewards, Private Label Credit Cards).
• Support Omni channel processes (Buy Online Pick Up in Store, Ship from Store).
• Participate in truck unloading, stocking and planogram processes; adhere to SOPs and policies.
