Job summary

The Michaels Companies, Inc. is seeking a store associate to deliver friendly customer service and maintain store cleanliness. You will help customers locate items, participate in checkout, and engage shoppers with rewards programs and private label card enrollments.

Role includes stocking, unloading trucks, and following SOPs while upholding company standards. Must be 16+ and able to work nights, weekends, and early mornings in a climate-controlled retail environment.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or cleaning experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide a fast and friendly check out experience and handle cash.
• Assist customers in locating products and answering questions.
• Engage customers on rewards programs and private label cards.
• Participate in stocking, truck unloading, and planogram processes.
