Michaels Lebanon, PA store is seeking a team member to help customers, keep the sales floor clean, and support store operations. You will assist customers, maintain cleanliness, and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities include housekeeping, stocking, checkout assistance, rewards enrollments, and participation in omnichannel services like BOPIS and Ship from Store. The role involves standing for long periods and nights/weekends.

Competenze

• Retail and/or cleaning experience preferred.

• Maintain store cleanliness and recovery standards to deliver our Brand Promises.
• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers shop the store and find what they’re looking for.
• Collect and dispose of trash following approved procedures.
• Dust and damp mop floors following approved procedures.
• Deep clean key areas of the store including bathrooms, breakrooms, entryways and other high-traffic areas.
• Move equipment and products for cleaning and place products back in correct placement; restock as needed.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on rewards program enrollments and private label credit cards.
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS and Ship from Store) and participate in truck unload, stocking and planogram processes.
