Job summary

Michaels is hiring for a store team member at MT. Pleasant to maintain a clean, welcoming shopping environment and assist customers across all store areas.

You will handle checkout, help customers find products, and participate in stocking and planogram activities to keep shelves organized. The role requires standing for long periods, lifting, and occasional night/early-morning shifts in a climate-controlled public retail setting.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or cleaning experience preferred.
• Michaels requires team members to be at least sixteen (16) years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service and help customers locate items.
• Provide fast and friendly checkout experience with standard cash handling.
• Assist with omni-channel processes (BOPIS, Ship from Store) and enroll customers in Rewards/Private Label programs.
• Participate in truck un-loading, stocking, and planogram processes.
• Support shrink and safety programs and adhere to SOPs.
