Job summary

Michaels in Racine, WI is seeking a store associate to help customers, keep the store clean, and support daily operations. You will assist shoppers, maintain display standards, stock shelves, and participate in checkout and cash handling to our standards.

Responsibilities include promoting the Rewards program, enabling Buy Online Pickup in Store, assisting with stocking and planograms, and following SOPs and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or cleaning preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store cleanliness and recovery standards to support Brand Promises.
• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers find products.
• Handle checkout transactions and cash handling to standards.
• Promote Rewards program enrollment and Private Label Credit Cards.
• Support Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPIS) and Ship from Store (SFS).
• Assist with stocking, planogram, and truck unloading.
• Follow SOPs and company policies; comply with laws.
