The Michaels Companies Inc. Shelby Township store is seeking a Store Associate to maintain the overall look and feel of the shop, keep areas clean, assist customers, and help them find what they need.

You will support checkout, enroll customers in rewards programs, assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship from Store (SFS), and participate in safety and stock procedures while representing the brand with a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or cleaning experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store cleanliness and recovery standards to deliver our Brand Promises.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience and handle cash to standards.
• Engage customers on rewards programs and enrollments.
• Assist with buy online pickup in store (BOPIS) and ship from store (SFS).
• Support shrink and safety programs and follow SOPs.
