Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. seeks a store associate for the ALBQ-MONTGOMERY PLAZA location in Albuquerque, NM. You will deliver friendly customer service, help shoppers find items, and maintain the store's cleanliness to uphold our brand promises.

Responsibilities include cleaning duties, trash disposal, restocking, POS checkout, and participation in BOPIS and Ship from Store processes when needed. You will work in a climate-controlled public retail space with early morning and weekend hours.

Qualifications

• Retail or cleaning experience preferred.
• Ability to stand long periods and move around the store.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and recovery standards to support Brand Promises.
• Provide friendly customer service and help shoppers locate products.
• Handle trash disposal, dusting, mopping, and restocking.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship from Store (SFS).
• Follow SOPs and company policies; ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements.
