SpartanNash, a food solutions company based in Charlevoix, MI, seeks an Associate Engagement Coordinator to drive the employment life cycle for the store they support. You will manage recruiting, onboarding, orientation, training, safety, compliance, and store communications.

You will partner with the local HRBP, manage the first 90 days for new hires, and own store engagement initiatives and recognition programs. Strong MS Office skills and confidentiality are essential.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma is required.
• College degree or HR-related coursework preferred.
• One year HR admin support experience or HR coursework required.
• Strong written and verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong data entry and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential information.

Aufgaben

• Manage full cycle recruiting in Workday; posting jobs, interviewing, and coordinating final interviews with store leadership.
• Complete job offers and onboarding processing through Workday.
• Set up and conduct store orientation as needed.
• Partner with local HR Business Partner to staff via events or added resources.
• Manage first 90 days of employment to validate training and drive retention.
• Own store engagement programs including daily, weekly and periodic recognition.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and strong written/verbal communication.
• Own compliance at store level: I-9 processing, terminations, Minor Binder, and scheduling reporting.
• Oversee associate spaces for engagement (break rooms, training spaces).
• May serve as Person-In-Charge for weekly scheduling based on volume.
