Bloom MT invites you to join the Store Director Trainee Program, a six‑month, hands‑on leadership development path designed to prepare the next generation of Store Directors across our Montana dispensary network.

You will learn operational excellence, regulatory compliance, inventory control, and people leadership under an experienced Store Director, with potential promotion into a full Store Director role as openings arise.

Qualifications

• Prior leadership experience in retail preferred.
• Experience in cannabis retail is helpful but not required.
• Ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Operational awareness in sales, inventory, and compliance.
• Customer-focused mindset for delivering great experiences.
• Desire to advance to Store Director.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store staff to build a high-performing team.
• Learn and execute daily store operations including opening/closing procedures.
• Maintain inventory records and support inventory control procedures.
• Assist in managing cash/credit transactions per company standards.
• Learn Montana cannabis regulations and ensure compliance.
• Participate in audits and process reviews for accuracy.
